Welcome – I’m Leanne

I work with women over 40 who want to perform better in their health, work and life – and know they’re capable of more than how they’re currently showing up.

My work is grounded in real life, not theory. It’s built on the understanding that clarity, consistency and self-trust aren’t things you either have or don’t – they are things you build over time through how you think, act and follow through.

Like many women, I’ve experienced periods of self-doubt, inconsistency and feeling disconnected from myself. Over time, those experiences became turning points. They shaped how I approach health, confidence and personal growth – not as something to fix, but as something to strengthen through small, consistent actions.

Today, I support women to think more clearly, follow through consistently, and build the self-trust to show up at their best – in their health, their work and their life.
